COMPANIES ON THEIR WAY

Here we will show you different approaches to how firms and organizations overcame challenges. These are approaches we particularly like; approaches which, intentionally or unintentionally, initiated a cultural change.

Whenever possible, we will explicitly name those companies and organizations. In the first phase of this writing, we realized that it is easier and, best of all, closer to life for the reader if we name companies, employees, and their products. At times, we are taking a risk and it might look like we are promoting one or the other company. We take this risk because, for us, it is more important that the reader understands and memorizes the content.

Therefore, we would like to take this opportunity to openly express that none of the designated companies had—or was even allowed—to pay for our initiative in any way or form.
